• A man allegedly involved in a domestic incident December 27 in Charleston faces fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment charges, a report says.

William P. Stukey, 58, of 351 Esperance Road, was remanded to the county jail in lieu of $500 bail, and will appear in court at a later date.
