-- Nicholas A. Luzinas, 31, of 312 New Turnpike Road, Fort Plain, was charged Wednesday, April 20 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Deputies stopped Luzinas for speeding on Route 67 in the town of Mohawk and was issued traffic tickets.
