Fulton County Sheriff's Office

-- Brian R. Keller, 28, of 68 West Grand Street, was arrested Saturday morning following a traffic stop in the town of Johnstown.
It is alleged that Keller was operating his vehicle on State Highway 29 while intoxicated, for which he was charged, along with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to Keep Right, and Consumption of an Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle.
He was released and ordered to appear in the Town of Johnstown Court at a later date.
