This is an answer to Bob Schlotzhauer's recent critique of my better way to spend $400,000 in the town of Palatine. The reference is made that putting some dollars in the current town offices is a "band-aid" approach.

COPAKE -- On March 27, SP Livingston Bureau of Criminal Investigation commenced an investigation into allegations of inappropriate contact between a 15 year old female victim and a 60 year old man residing in the town of Copake, NY.
